Select Advanced tab and under the settings scroll to Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, Use TLS 1.2 options.
Check the box against Use TLS 1.0 and uncheck against Use TLS 1.1 & Use TLS 1.2.
Now close the window by clicking on OK and reboot your computer system.
Once the computer starts running open QuickBooks and again try to download the updates.
